About Innovation Hub
Innovation Hub is a fully integrated energy and strategic solutions company operating across three core divisions: global energy trading (crude oil, LNG, LPG, fuels), cybersecurity consulting (SOC operations, OT/ICS security, compliance, red team exercises), and strategic governmental partnerships (sovereign alliances, intergovernmental MOUs, joint ventures for mega infrastructure projects).
Our Global Headquarters is located at Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Founded in Qatar, we now operate across four continents with strategic offices and partnerships in the Middle East, Africa, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.

Trading
Energy Trading
Our trading portfolio spans crude oil, diesel (EN590-10 PPM), jet fuel, fuel oil, bitumen, base oils (SN150, SN500), liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), liquefied natural gas (LNG), and emerging renewable energy commodities including biofuels and solar.
Yes. We operate a vertically integrated model that includes strategic storage terminals, tank farms, and marine logistics assets. Our flagship Mediterranean Tank Farm project represents a 15 million cubic meter capacity facility with a partnership value of up to $5 billion USD.
We provide comprehensive marine operations including ship-to-ship (STS) transfers, VLCC (Very Large Crude Carrier) operations, offshore floating storage, and integrated terminal & tank farm management with world-class safety protocols.
Our trading operations span four continents with a primary focus on the Middle East & Africa (headquartered in Dubai), Asia-Pacific, Europe, and developing markets across Africa. We maintain direct trading desk access across multiple time zones.
Payment terms are negotiated per contract, typically ranging from 30 to 60 days for established clients. For new clients, we may require a letter of credit (LC) or advance payment. Delivery terms follow Incoterms 2020 standards, with FOB, CIF, and DAP being the most common arrangements depending on the destination and commodity.
Minimum order quantities vary by commodity. For refined products such as diesel and jet fuel, we typically handle minimum volumes of 5,000 metric tons. For crude oil, minimum cargoes start at 300,000 barrels (approximately 40,000 metric tons). For smaller volumes, our trading team can discuss flexible arrangements or spot cargo options.
Yes. All refined products meet or exceed international specifications, including EN590 for diesel, ASTM D1655 for jet fuel, and ISO 8217 for marine fuels. We provide full certificates of analysis (COA), origin documentation, and independent third-party inspection reports with every shipment.
Cybersecurity
IT/OT Cybersecurity
IT tools alone cannot safely monitor PLCs, safety systems, or proprietary industrial protocols. OT-only programmes often miss identity, email, and remote-access paths that attackers use to reach the plant. We secure both planes and the connections between them.
We align every engagement with ISO 27001 / 27002, IEC 62443 (industrial control systems), NIST CSF / 800-82, GDPR / UAE PDPL, IMO 2021 Cyber Guidelines for maritime, and NERC CIP for critical infrastructure protection.
Our incident response team is available 24/7 with guaranteed 1-hour response times for critical incidents. We provide forensic analysis, containment, eradication, recovery, and post-incident reporting with full chain-of-custody documentation.
Yes. Legacy OT is core to the work. We use passive monitoring, segmentation, and compensating controls so ageing SCADA and DCS can be protected without the patch cycles used on IT endpoints, and without forcing operational downtime.
A red team exercise is an adversary simulation that tests your defenses against realistic attack scenarios. Our engagements include social engineering and phishing campaigns, physical security breach simulations, lateral movement testing, and executive war-gaming exercises.
Pricing depends on scope, organization size, and complexity. We offer fixed-price assessments for standard engagements (gap analysis, vulnerability assessments, compliance audits) and time-and-materials pricing for bespoke projects such as red team exercises and OT/ICS hardening. A typical gap analysis for a mid-size energy company starts at $15,000 USD.
Yes. We offer monthly and annual retainer agreements that include 24/7 SOC monitoring, quarterly vulnerability assessments, on-call incident response, and a dedicated security advisor. Retainer clients receive priority response times and discounted rates for additional projects.
Absolutely. Every engagement concludes with an executive summary, detailed technical report, risk-prioritized remediation roadmap, and compliance mapping document aligned to your target frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST CSF, IEC 62443, NERC CIP, or UAE PDPL). All documentation is audit-ready and delivered within 10 business days.
Partnerships
Strategic Partnerships
We facilitate sovereign alliances, intergovernmental MOUs, strategic joint ventures, refinery partnerships, equity partnerships for mega infrastructure projects, and co-investment structures with sovereign wealth funds seeking exposure to energy infrastructure.
Whether you represent a government ministry, sovereign fund, or international enterprise, we are ready to explore partnership opportunities. Please use our contact form or email info@inn-hub.com with your proposal.
Our flagship infrastructure project is a 15 million cubic meter tank farm in the Mediterranean region, developed through a multi-stakeholder global joint venture. The project timeline runs from 2024 to 2028 with a partnership value of up to $5 billion USD, establishing a critical node in international energy logistics.
As part of our strategic diversification, we are developing a state-of-the-art Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) manufacturing complex producing synthetic chemical APIs, innovative new chemical entities, generic off-patent formulations, and biological molecules for markets across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.
Initial discussions and due diligence typically take 4 to 8 weeks. MOU drafting and negotiation range from 2 to 6 weeks depending on regulatory requirements. Full joint venture or equity partnership structuring can take 3 to 12 months, including legal review, board approvals, and regulatory filings in relevant jurisdictions.
Yes. We routinely execute mutual non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) before exchanging sensitive commercial, technical, or financial information. Our legal team can accommodate your organization's standard NDA template or provide ours, typically executed within 48 hours of request.
Investment thresholds vary by project type. Our Mediterranean Tank Farm joint venture targets partners with $50 million to $500 million USD commitment capacity. For smaller strategic alliances and refinery partnerships, minimum thresholds typically start at $5 million USD. We evaluate each opportunity on its strategic and commercial merits.
